libogg-vorbis-decoder-perl software package provides module for decoding Ogg Vorbis streams, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libogg-vorbis-decoder-perl
libogg-vorbis-decoder-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libogg-vorbis-decoder-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libogg-vorbis-decoder-perl *
